基于分解矩阵的废旧产品拆卸模型研究

【摘要】 废旧产品拆卸过程中存在许多不确定因素,在进行拆卸时需要综合考虑以获取最大拆卸收益。利用分解矩阵来表示可行的拆卸方案和每一步拆卸操作的先后顺序,再将废旧零部件的处理选择、拆卸类型、拆卸工具选择、拆卸时间等因素进行综合考虑,在满足拆卸回收率约束下,建立拆卸收益模型,确定优化拆卸方案。最后将此拆卸收益模型应用于铅酸蓄电池的拆卸回收过程中,其结果验证了理论分析的有效性和正确性。

【Abstract】 Disassembly process of used products can suffer from much uncertainty, and then the maximun disassembly profit should be taken into consideration during the disassembly. The feasible dismantling scheme and the order of each step of the disassembly operation are represented by the decomposition matrix, then, the used parts of the processing options, disassembly type, removal tool selection, disassembly time and other factors are taken into comprehensive consideration, under the constraint of disassembly recover, the disassembly income model for determine the optimal disassembly plan is established. Finally, the disassembly income model is applied to the dismantling and recovery process of lead-acid batteries. The results verify the validity and correctness of the theoretical analysis.
