【Abstract】 In the context of frequent disasters in the world,the features of disaster nursing brings higher demands to nurses competency.This paper introduced the practice of generalist nurse training,summarized the roles and advantages of generalist nurses in earthquake disaster nursing based on the rescue experiences in the Wenchuan Earthquake,expounded the prospection of generalist nurses in medical field and proposed some suggestions for generalist nurse training.更多还原
