【Abstract】 It reports the nursing care of an intestinal fistula patient receiving "fast treatment" after Wenchuan earthquake.The nursing points included the nursing care of raw surface after opening abdomen,the management of abdominal ditube drainage,the combination of early total parenteral nutrition with somatostatin,the treatment of enteral nutrition and growth hormone after infection control,and the enhancement of psychological support and health education.更多还原
