【Abstract】 This paper systematically cards the tax preferential policies for the environmental protection industry, and carries out a questionnaire survey and visiting discussion on the implementation of tax preferential policies with 73 environmental protection enterprises. Based on the problems suggested raised in the investigation, this paper puts forward the following suggestions, such as the overall planning and design, the establishment of the policy systems, perfection of the rules and regulations and filling in of the short-slabs(shortcomings) of preferential policies. The paper emphasizes to increase of preferential efforts, to bring into play the adjustment role practically, to strengthen the implementation and to safeguard the effects of the policy implementation.更多还原
