餐厨垃圾高温厌氧消化过程参数研究

【摘要】 试验以餐厨垃圾为原料,在55℃±0.5℃条件下模拟高温厌氧反应器实际工程运行条件,研究分析高温厌氧消化失衡、平衡以及高负荷阶段的产气、碱度、挥发性脂肪酸、氨氮浓度等参数的变化。结果表明,在碱度为7000 mg·L-1以下时,主要表现为挥发性脂肪酸的积累造成的失衡;在碱度达到10500 mg·L-1以后,主要表现为铵盐积累造成的失衡。另外,通过统计分析得到,当总碱度在7000~10500 mg·L-1,酸碱比控制在0~0.3,总氨氮(TAN)浓度在3500 mg·L-1以下时,消化系统最稳定,系统容积产气率最高可以达到5.63 m3·m-3d-1

【Abstract】 In this paper, kitchen waste was used as raw material, actual operation condition of thermophilic anaerobic digestion(55℃±0.5℃) was simulated, the imbalance and equilibrium of the digestion were analyzed, and the parameters of gas production, total alkalinity, volatile fatty acids, and ammonia, et al were investigated. The result showed that, when the alkalinity was below 7000 mg·L-1, imbalance was mainly caused by the accumulation of volatile fatty acids. After the alkalinity reached 10500 mg·L-1, the imbalance was mainly caused by the accumulation of ammonium salt. In addition, according to the statistical analysis, it was found that when the total alkalinity was 7000~10500 mg·L-1, the acid-alkali ratio 0~0.3, and the total ammonia nitrogen(TAN) below 3500 mg·L-1, the digestion system was the most stable, and the volumetric gas production rate could reach 5.63 m3·m-3d-1.
