【摘要】 目的:调查分析玉树地震送至兰州伤员伤情情况,进一步探讨如何采取措施应对突发灾害。方法:采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对玉树地震送至兰州伤员及家属进行调查,重点对伤员伤情、致伤原因、救治方法进行统计学分析。结果:在此次地震伤抽样调查中共有304例,死亡0例,四肢骨折患者115例,占37.8%,精神、神经方面14例,占4.6%。通过及时有组织地救助伤员,减少了并发症的发生,降低了死亡率。结论:地震伤与地震时间、地理环境及当地建筑条件密切相关,加强地震伤的合理预防与救治,可有效减少致死率和致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze the injured victims of Yushu earthquake who were sent to Lanzhou and to further explore how to take measures to deal with sudden disasters.Methods:On the basis of questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,the injured victims and their families of Yushu earthquake sent to Lanzhou were investigated,mainly focusing on the wound,cause of injury,and treatment methods for statistical analysis.Results:The sample survey of injuries added up to 304 cases in the earthquake.No death occurred in 304 cases.There were 115 cases with limb fractures,accounting for 37.8%;14 cases with mental and neurological diseases,accounting for 4.6%.The timely organized aid for the wounded can reduce the incidence of complications and reduce mortality.Conclusion:The earthquake is closely related to seismic injury time,geographical conditions and local construction.If the prevention and treatment can be strengthened,the mortality and morbidity can be effectively reduced.更多还原
