【摘要】 目的:调查分析"5.12"地震甘肃陇南上肢骨折情况,进一步讨论如何采取措施应对突发灾害。方法:采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对甘肃陇南地震受灾人口进行抽样调查,重点对伤员伤情、致伤原因、救治方法进行统计学分析。结果:此次地震伤抽样调查共有1652人,死亡16人,上肢骨折病人239人,占总人数的14.5%,其中尺桡骨骨折59人,占上肢骨折病人的24.7%,同时调查发现上肢骨折与职业有一定关系。通过有组织的及时救助伤员,减少了并发症的发生,降低了死亡率。结论:总结出了上肢骨折病人救治的经验,为抗震救灾提供了依据和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To make an investigation of upper limb fractures in the May 12 earthquake in Longnan area of Gansu,so as to further discuss the effective measures to be taken facing unexpected disasters.Methods:Questionnaire surveys and interviews were adopted in the earthquake-striken area to collect information about the injuries,causes of the injuries and ways of treatment.Results:The survey covered a total of 1652 people,with 16 people died.Among them,239 people suffered from upper limb fracture,accounting for 14.5%,of whom 59 had fracture of ulna and radius,taking up 24.7%.Meanwhile,the investigation revealed that there was a certain relationship between the upper limb fracture and professions.Well organized and prompt rescue reduced the complications and decreased mortality.Conclusion:Experiences were summarized for treatment of upper limb fracture,which provides the basis and methods in time of earthquake.更多还原
