【摘要】 目的:及时总结120中心震灾救援的快速反应效果与作用。方法:收集全市120网络等各家医院震灾救援的出诊信息,查阅120中心调度指令的派车记录,复听震灾呼救120专线的全部录音,结合120中心应急反应的具体行动等进行归纳分析。结果:震后58秒,第一个受灾呼救从崇州九龙沟打入成都120中心;震后2分,呼救120的灾情范围已增至4个不同市县;震后3分,120中心启动应急预案;至15:00,中心已接呼419个;中心指挥车于15:35抵达都江堰;成都120救护车于震后50分到达崇州、震后1小时到达彭州。12日当天,中心调度指挥113家医院252辆救护车及750余名医护人员,共救治转运受灾入院伤员2172人。结论:120中心在大震灾紧急救援中凸显应急优势,应加大120中心的基本建设与功能完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To summarize 120 emergency center reaction effective and functions in earthquake relief.Methods:Visit information of earthquake emergency assist in all hospital belongs to 120 center was collected.Records of ambulance in 120 center were checked.All urgent call recording were re-listened.The reaction of 120 center was induced.Results:The first urgent call from Jiulong,Chongzhou was received by Chengdu 120 center after 58 seconds of earthquake.After 2 minutes,the scope of urgent call was broad to 4 counties.After 3 minutes,emergency plan of 120 center was executed.At 15:00,120 center received 419 urgent calls.At 15:35,central command vehicle arrived Dujiangyan.After 50 minutes of earthquake,ambulance came to Chongzhou,and after an hour,it came to Pengzhou.The day earthquake occurred,more than 750 medical staff,252 ambulances and 113 hospitals had attended to emergency assist.2172 injured were transferred to hospitals.Conclusions:There were sufficient advantages of 120 center in emergency assist.The functions and foundations of 120 center needed to be strengthened.更多还原
