转炉复吹过程分散相界面积的定量计算
Quantitative Calculation of Interface Area on Dispersed Phase in Combine-Blowing Process Converter With Water Modeling
【摘要】 由分形理论余维相加定律,利用分散相覆盖分维数及投影关系,计算转炉复吹过程各边界条件下乳化液滴分散相的界面积。结果表明,钢滴分散相界面积主要受到顶吹条件影响,渣滴分散相界面面积受到顶底吹共同作用的影响,底吹强度的变化会明显改变渣滴分散相界面的面积。
【Abstract】 According to the law of additive codimensions and projective geometry,the interface area on dispersed phase in converter blowing process was calculated quantitatively.The results show that the interface of molten dispersed phase steel was influenced primarily by top blowing and the interface of slag dispersed phase is influenced by combine blowing.The bottom blowing has notable influence.
