【摘要】 目的:探讨地震救援药品的供应和使用规律,为制定、修改《地震救援药材储备目录》提供参考。方法:分别对汶川地震震后1周绵阳市中心医院和成都某药品仓库的抗感染和消毒/皮肤/五官类药使用和供应数据进行对比分析。结果:喹诺酮类、青霉素类药供应和使用比例基本一致,大环内酯类药的使用是供应比例的2.3倍,硝基咪唑类药的使用是供应比例的5.2倍,头孢菌素类药的供应是使用比例的3.5倍,磺胺类药的供应是使用比例的5.5倍,消毒/皮肤/五官类药中过氧化氢溶液供应不足。结论:建议将抗感染类药13个品种、消毒/皮肤/五官类药11个品种列入《地震救援药材储备目录》,同时应考虑选取合适的规格,储存、携带、使用的方便,以及不同时期发病谱存在差异等因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To discuss the supply and usage rule of earthquake relief drugs,and to provide some reference for establishing and correcting Earthquake Relief Drugs Reserve Directory.METHODS:The use and supply of anti-infective drugs and disinfection/skin/five-sense-organs drugs collected from Mianyang Central Hospital and a drugstore in Chengdu 1 year after Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed comparatively.RESULTS:The supply and use of quinolone and penicillin were basically the same proportion.The use of macrocyclic lactones was 2.3 times as supply ratio.The ratio of nitroimidazole drugs use was 5.2 times as supply ratio.The supply ratio of cephalosporin drugs was 3.5 times as use ratio.The supply ratio of sulfa drugs was 5.5 times as use ratio.Hydrogen peroxide solution was in short supply for disinfection/skin/five-sense-organs drugs.CONCLUSIONS:It is recommended to include 13 species of anti-infection drugs and 11 species of disinfection/skin/five-sense-organs drugs in Earthquake Relief Drugs Reserve Directory.We should pay attention to the appropriate specification,convenience of storage,carrying and use and difference of disease spectrum in different periods.更多还原
