【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师在参与地震伤危重患者治疗实践中保障用药安全、有效和提高医疗服务质量等方面发挥的作用。方法:介绍临床药师运用SOAP工作模式,对地震伤危重患者进行药学监护,参与临床会诊查房,与医师协作为地震伤危重患者制订个体化给药方案,并跟踪其临床疗效,评估可能发生的不良反应及应对措施。结果与结论:临床药师参与地震伤危重患者药物治疗实践,可解决因药品不良反应所致的临床问题,减少或避免潜在的治疗风险,提高患者用药疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in ensuring safe and effective medication and improving medical service quality in participating in the treatment of critical patients who suffered earthquake injury.METHODS:The SOAP working model employed by clinical pharmacists for the critical patients with earthquake injury were introduced,in which the clinical pharmacists provied pharmaceutical care for the critical traumatized patients,participated in the consultation and ward round,made individual dose regimen,follwed the therapeutic effects and evaluated the possible adverse drug reactions(ADR) and the corresponding coping measures.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Clinical pharmacists’ participating in the treatment of critical patients who suffered earthquake injury can forge a solution to the clinical ADR problems,reduce or avoid the potential treatment risks while enhance the medication efficacy.更多还原
