200km·h-1列车脱轨撞击作用下盾构隧道二次衬砌对管片衬砌的防护效果
Protective Effect of Secondary Lining of Shield Tunnel on Segment Lining under Derailment Impact at the Speed of 200km·h-1
【摘要】 建立列车撞击刚性墙三维数值模型,模拟8辆编组的列车以200km·h-1的速度斜向12.5°脱轨撞击刚性墙,获得近似的列车撞击荷载时程曲线。建立列车脱轨撞击隧道衬砌的三维数值模型,对比分析在列车撞击荷载作用下双层衬砌和单层管片衬砌2种盾构隧道衬砌结构型式下管片衬砌的应力、速度、加速度以及损伤因子和损伤面积,揭示盾构隧道二次衬砌对管片衬砌的防护效果。结果表明:撞击力时程曲线呈双峰值;管片衬砌的受拉损伤显著大于受压损伤;二次衬砌对管片衬砌的速度和加速度的消减效果分别为20%~27%和约20%;二次衬砌对管片衬砌的防护效果主要为限制管片衬砌损伤面积的扩大,而对平均损伤强度的消减效果并不明显。
【Abstract】 A three-dimensional numerical analysis model of the rigid wall was established to obtain the approximate time-history curve of the impact load by an eight-car formation train which hit the rigid wall upon derailment with the speed of 200km·h-1 and at an angle of 12.5degrees.By constructing the threedimensional numerical analysis model of train derailment impact on tunnel lining,the stress,velocity,acceleration,damage factor and damaged area of both the single-layered segment lining and double-layered lining for shield tunnel under train impact load were compared and analyzed.The protective effect of the secondary lining of shield tunnel on segment lining was revealed.The results show that the time-history curve of the impact force has double peaks.The tensile damage of segment lining is significantly greater than the compressive damage.The reduction effect of secondary lining for the velocity and acceleration of segment lining is 20% ~27% and about 20% respectively.The protective effect of secondary lining on segment lining mainly lies in limiting the expansion of damaged area,but the reduction effect on the average damage strength is not obvious.
