河西地区不同甜叶菊品种的灰色关联度综合评价

【摘要】 甜叶菊是一种新型糖料作物,选育高产、高莱鲍迪苷A(RA)的新品种是当前市场所需。本文采用灰色理论系统,对7个甜叶菊品种在河西地区的13种表型进行分析和综合评价。结果表明:(1)7个甜叶菊品种中干叶产量最高的为GY-23(7984.8 kg/hm~2),最低的为GY-27(4488.0 kg/hm~2);RA含量最高的为GY-26(9.98%),最低的为GY-27(3.32%)。(2)灰色关联度分析中,各品种加权关联度排序与等权关联度排序完全一致,其关联度由大到小为:GY-23(0.8513)>GY-26(0.7837)>GT-1(0.6962)>GY-25(0.6838)>GY-27(0.6419)>GY-28(0.6299)>GY-24(0.5807)。本评价方法科学、合理、实用,可为甜叶菊新品种选育和种植提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Stevia is a newly type of sweetener crop. It is necessary for breeding new varieties with high leaf yield and high Rebaudioside-A(RA) content. In this study, gray theory system had been employed to analyze andevaluate 7 stevia varieties cultivated in Gansu province based on their 13 traits. The results showed that:(1) among the 7 varieties, the highest dry leaf yield was GY-23(7984.8 kg/ha), the lowest one was GY-27(4 488.0 kg/ha), the variety of the highest RA content in the leaves was GY-26(9.98%), and the lowest one was GY-27(3.32%);(2) To the gray correlation analysis, result ranked by equal weights was consistent with that by the weighted relevance ranking. The equal weight correlation degree was in the order of GY-23(0.8513)>GY-26(0.7837)>GT-1(0.6962)>GY-25(0.6838) >GY-27(0.6419) >GY-28(0.6299) >GY-24(0.5807). The evaluation method was suitable for the breeding and planting of stevia varieties.
