Eu3+掺杂MgO-A12O3-SiO2光致发光性能研究
Luminescence Properties of Eu3+ Doped MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 Phosphors
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备稀土离子Eu3+掺杂MgO-A12O3-SiO2堇青石基发光材料,通过应用差热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光分光光度计(PL)对样品的晶体结构及光学性能进行测试。结果表明:添加烧结助剂5wt%B2O3,烧结温度为1200℃时,结晶度为85.93%;Eu3+的添加使得晶格产生缺陷,当Eu3+的添加量为4 wt%的发光强度最强,Eu3+离子最强发射峰在613 nm处,发红色荧光。
【Abstract】 Rare earth ion Eu3+-doped MgO-Al2 O3-SiO2 cordierite-based luminescent materials were prepared by the sol-gel method. The crystal structure, morphology, and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL). The results show that the addition of a sintering additive(5 wt% B2 O3) and a sintering temperature of 1200 ℃ led to a crystallinity of 85.93%. The addition of Eu3+ led to the formation of lattice defect. The strongest emission intensity was reached at a Eu3+ doping content of 4 wt%, The strongest emission peak of the Eu3+ ions is at 613 nm, corresponding to red fluorescence.
