【摘要】 [目的]生态环境与经济发展之间相互影响、联系紧密,两者之间的协调发展日趋受到重视,也是当前大多数城市所追求的目标。随着国家对各地方经济发展的扶持以及合肥都市圈等经济体的建立,合肥市近年来经济发展较为迅速。在经济快速发展时,对环境保护的忽视导致的环境质量下降成为了制约经济更进一步发展的障碍。因此,对合肥市进行生态环境与经济协调发展的研究,对未来经济发展具有一定的指导意义。[方法]以安徽省合肥市为研究对象,采用2008—2017年合肥市环境与经济数据构建评价指标体系,基于熵值法确定权重,使用协调度模型对合肥市的生态环境与经济协调发展水平进行评价分析。[结果](1) 2008—2017年合肥市的协调发展水平呈现出逐年稳步上升的趋势,但合肥市环境与经济发展的协调程度类型总体来看仍处于较低阶段,仅有2016年、2017年两年为勉强协调发展类型,其余年份均为失调或濒临失调类型;(2)合肥市的经济效益指数不断增高,但生态环境效益指数总体来看处于下降的状态,并且随着时间的推进,生态环境效益指数高于经济效益指数的状况被扭转,2014年后合肥市的经济效益指数开始高于生态环境效益指数。[结论]合肥市的生态环境与经济协调发展水平还有待提高,仍然存在很多问题制约着合肥市的环境与经济协调发展,必须从可持续发展角度促进合肥市整体实力的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between the ecological environment and the economic development is interacted and closely connected. The coordinated development between the two has been paid more and more attention,and it is also the goal pursued by most cities. With the support of the state for local economic development and the establishment of economies such as the Hefei metropolitan area,Hefei city has experienced rapid economic development in recent years. In the rapid economic development,the decline in environmental quality caused by the neglect of environmental protection has become an obstacle to further economic development. Therefore,the research on the coordinated development of ecological environment and economy in Hefei city has certain guiding significance for the future economic development of Hefei city. Taking Hefei city of Anhui province as the research object,the environmental and economic data from 2008 to 2017 were used to construct an evaluation index system,weights were determined based on the entropy method,and the coordination degree model was used to evaluate the coordinated development level of ecological environment and economy of Hefei city. The results indicated that( 1)In the 2008-2017 years,the level of coordinated development in Hefei showed a steady upward trend year by year,but the overall level of coordination of environmental and economic development in Hefei was still at a relatively low level,and only two years in 2016 and 2017 were reluctantly coordinated,while the other years were imbalanced or near-imbalanced type.( 2) The economic efficiency index of Hefei was increasing,but the overall eco-environmental benefit index was in a declining state,and as time progresses,the status of benefit index higher than that of the economic benefit index was reversed. After 2014,the economic efficiency index of Hefei city began to be higher than the ecological environmental benefits index. In summary,the level of coordinated development of ecological environment and economy in Hefei city needs to be improved yet. There are still many problems that restrict the coordinated development of Hefei city’ s environment and economy,so it should promote the overall strength of Hefei city from the perspective of sustainable development.更多还原
