嵌入式小波零树压缩算法的基本原理
Basic Principle of Embedded Zerotree Wavelet Compression Algorithm
【摘要】 数据(图像)压缩是数据存储和传输的重要手段之一。在简述数据压缩方法分类和几种常用压缩方法的基础上,重点讨论嵌入式小波零树图像压缩算法的特点、方法步骤和基本原理,并用实例介绍该方法的数据压缩效果。总结了小波分析在地球物理勘探中的应用状况,展望了小波分析的应用前景和未来的潜在应用领域。
【Abstract】 Data compression is one of the important methods for data storage and transmission. The data compression classifications and several common data compression methods are briefly introduced, and the characteristics, process and basic principle of embedded zerotree wavelet compression algorithm are emphatically discussed in the article, and introduced the effect of this methods with example, and summarized the applications of wavelet analysis in the geophysical exploration, outlook application prospect and potential application scopes of wavelet analysis in the future.
