【Abstract】 As a state-level new area, Tianfu New Area holds the responsibility to explore the new paradigm of innovative urban development. Building upon concepts from urban planning and industrial management, this article claims wealthy natural resources, local historical background and healthy ecological systems allow Tianfu New Area to build the world cultural Park City with integration of culture and innovation driven economics.
