【摘要】 近年武汉公众参与湖泊保护治理的空间特征与城市开发建设时序密切关联,主要集中于中心城区。但随着武汉湖泊时代性转变,尤其是中心城区湖泊园林化比例提升,环湖开发力度空前,城外湖相继转变为城中湖,郊区湖泊工程化景区化增多,今后武汉公众参与湖泊保护治理必将出现不同空间策略。中心城区公众参与虽仍居主导地位,但参与重心将在共治共享,从"护岸"转向"护水"和"利生"、"利民";新城公众参与湖泊共建共治将成为热点,力避中心城区湖泊老路,"护岸"与"护水"是当务之急;远城区则重在唤起本区公众参与意识,以点带面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the spatial characteristics of public participation in lake protection and governance in Wuhan are closely related to the timing sequence of urban development and construction, mainly concentrated in the central urban area. However, the lakes in Wuhan have great changes in this new age. More and more natural lakes become artificial gardens in the central urban area, and the strength of development is unprecedented. Many suburban lakes have been transformed into urban lakes, and the engineering and scenic areas of the suburban lakes are increasing. So, in the future, the public participation in lake protection and governance in Wuhan will inevitably have different spatial strategies. The public participation in the central urban area is still dominant, but the focus will be"cogovernance and sharing". It will turn from "protection of the lakeshore" to "protection of lake water" and "benefit for the ecological environment and people". The public participation in the two new towns will become a hot spot. To avoid the old road of the lakes in the central urban area, "protection of the lakeshore " and "protection of lake water" are the urgent matter. But in the far suburbs, arousing public awareness of participation is more important, and the public participation should be taken from point to surface.更多还原
