城市交通拥堵本源及解决途径研究——以古城南京为例

【摘要】 交通拥堵与生活联系密切,是近年来关注度较高的城市问题。试图探寻交通拥堵的本源,并寻求治理途径。首先,以古城南京的交通拥堵为例,从交通供需关系对拥堵的本源进行分析,提出不能脱离需求和应从土地利用层面分析拥堵本源。然后结合相关名城案例,进一步从城市空间结构、居住就业空间分布、公共设施资源分布、旧城更新和居住区设计等5个方面探讨不合理的土地利用布局对交通拥堵的"贡献",并针对以上因素提出解决之道。最后建议交通行业需跳出就交通论交通的束缚,以更宽广的视角为发展可持续的城市交通贡献力量。

【Abstract】 Traffic congestion is relevant to our life, and it is an urban problem with high attention in recent years. This paper tries to explore the origin of traffic congestion and find the way to control it. Firstly, taking traffic congestion in the ancient city of Nanjing as an example, this paper analyzes the origin of traffic congestion from the perspective of the relationship between traffic supply and demand, and proposes that the origin of traffic congestion cannot be separated from the demand and should be analyzed from the perspective of land use. Then, based on the relevant historic city cases, this paper further discusses the influence of bad land-use to the traffic congestion from five aspects, such as city spatial structure, job and house spatial distribution, public facility distribution, old city renewal and residential design, and proposes solutions to the above factors. Finally, the article suggests that the transport circle should unyoke themselves by not solving problem only on the way of transportation but a broader perspective to contribute to the development of sustainable urban transportation.
