基于一次回波数据的气象雷达风轮机杂波抑制

【摘要】 近年来,世界风机累计装机容量飞速增长。研究表明,风电场将严重影响其附近气象雷达的工作性能。风电场杂波抑制可大大提高气象雷达目标参数估计的准确性,因此研究气象雷达风电场杂波抑制技术很有必要。在传统的基于周期特性的风电场杂波抑制算法基础上,根据气象目标参数(包括反射率因子、平均径向速度及谱宽)随距离均匀分布的特性,以风电场附近未污染距离单元的气象回波数据作为先验信息,对基于周期特性的风电场杂波抑制结果进行处理,从而改善气象目标与风电场杂波公共频段范围内的抑制效果。在此基础上给出了定量评估风电场杂波抑制效果的性能指标,并对所提方法进行性能分析,验证了算法的有效性。

【Abstract】 Over the past decade, the global cumulative installed capacity of wind turbines has increased rapidly. Research shows that wind farms have serious affect on the performance of nearby weather radars. Wind farm clutter suppression can greatly improve the estimation accuracy of meteorological target parameters for weather radar,therefore it is necessary to study the wind farm clutter suppression technology for weather radar. Based on the traditional periodic characteristics suppression algorithm, the uncontaminated echoes around wind farm is used to dispose the results obtained by traditional method using characteristics of meteorological target parameters distributed uniformly with the distance. The suppression results are improved for the same frequency range of the clutter as meteorological target. Based on the above findings, quantitative performance analysis of the current method is given by the proposed performance indices, verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm.
