提高充填开采的生产能力研究

【摘要】 对我国煤矿充填开采现状进行调研,分析得出充填开采工作面产能偏低主要是充填系统能力不足、充填料浆的凝固占用较长的工作时间、采煤与充填不能实现平行作业等原因造成,提出通过设计特殊的专用充填支架实现工作面采煤与充填凝固的平行作业,提高充填开采工作面生产能力;并以马兰矿"三下"采区的具体条件为依据,进行了提高充填开采工作面生产能力的实践分析。

【Abstract】 This paper presents an investigation on the status-quo of stowing-mining technology in this country.According to the analysis included,the comparatively low stowing-mining face production capacity mainly due to the insufficient stowing capacity,longer setting time needed by the materials stowed and the fact that coal mining and stowing can not be executed simultaneously.It is therefore proposed that a specially designed stowing support is to be used in order to realize a simultaneous operation of coal mining and stowing/material setting process at coal faces.In this way it is practical to improve the production capacity at stowing-mining faces.Besides,an actual case with specific conditions is discussed on coal mining operation in Malan coal mine under surface water,surface buildings and under railways on the surface.On the basis of this a practical analysis is carried out on how to improve the production capacity at stowing-mining faces.
