【摘要】 目的研究补肾中药对地震恐惧胎损SD大鼠子鼠发育的影响。方法将8只受孕SD母鼠随机分为2组:地震模拟胎损组(地震组),地震模拟胎损后中药干预组(中药组)。观测比较两组子鼠的体重、身长、尾长。结果地震组与中药组的子鼠的体重、身长、尾长的影响随时间变化皆不一样,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论模拟地震后中药组比地震组子鼠的体重、身长、尾长均有增加,从而促进子鼠的生长发育;母代的地震恐惧可遗传给子代,并降低体重、身长从而延缓子代的生长发育;中成药金匮肾气丸可纠正地震恐惧导致的子鼠发育迟缓。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine on the development of the embryo-damaged offspring of the SD rats with earthquake fear.Methods 8 pregnant SD rats were selected and randomly divided into earthquake group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group.Observe and compare the difference of weight,height and length of the tail between the two groups.Results The weight,height and length of the tail of the two groups changed with time and the changes were of statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The weight,height,and length of the tail of TCM group are better than those of the earthquake group,which shows the traditional Chinese medicine can promote the growth and development of the offspring of the SD rats with earthquake fear.The influences of earthquake fetal environment on pregnant rats can be genetic to the offspring,reducing the weight,length of the body and length of the tail and delaying the growth and development of the offspring.The traditional Chinese medicine,Jinkui Shenqi pills can remedy the hypoevolutism of the offspring rats due to earthquake fear.更多还原
