【Abstract】 Chairman Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought is a scientific judgment on the dialectical relationship between natural resources, ecological environment and social economy from the perspective of the community of human destiny, which embodies the leader’s fervent ethos and feelings of people’s livelihood. On August 15, 2005, he pointed out that "Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains are Invaluable Assets" in his investigation work in Anji, Zhejiang. It pushed the construction of ecological civilization to a climax. Nowadays, China has become an advocate, builder, contributor and leader of the construction of ecological civilization in the world.
