长沙市地下空间开发地质环境适宜性评价

【摘要】 为查明长沙市地下空间开发地质环境影响因素及各因素影响程度,评价长沙市地下空间开发地质环境适宜性,本文在分析长沙市城市地质环境的基础上,从自然地理条件、工程地质条件、水文地质条件、地质灾害条件四个方面,构建了由4个第一级指标(准则层)、12个第二级指标(指标层)组成的长沙城市地下空间开发地质环境适宜性评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与模糊综合评判法进行了地下空间开发适宜性分区评价。评价结果表明,岩土体类型、岩土体结构和地质承载力对于地下空间开发影响最大;长沙市城市地下空间开发的地质环境适宜性等级可划分为良好区(Ⅰ)、较好区(Ⅱ)、一般区(Ⅲ)以及较差区(Ⅳ)。Ⅰ至Ⅳ区面积占比依次为:22%、25%、36%、17%。Ⅰ-Ⅱ级区域岩土体结构稳定,地基承载力高,地下空间开发地质环境条件总体较好;Ⅲ-Ⅳ级区域岩土体结构复杂,地基承载力较差,地下空间开发地质环境条件总体较差,地下工程建设施工难度相对较大,成本较高。该评价结果可为长沙市城市地下空间开发利用的整体规划提供指导和借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to find out the main geological environment factors and explore the suitability of Changsha’s underground space development,an geological environment suitability index system for Changsha city with 4 first-level indicators(criteria level)and 12 second-level indicators(index layers)is constructed,based on the analysis of urban geological environmental of Changsha city,especially from the natural geographical conditions,engineering geological conditions,hydro-geological conditions and geological disaster conditions.Under the guidance of this index system,the geological environment suitability distribution of underground space development for Changsha city is carried out by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that,the rock-soil mass type,rock-soil mass structure and geological bearing capacity have the greatest impact on underground space development.The geological environment suitability can be divided into four grades:good(Ⅰ),better(Ⅱ),general(Ⅲ)and poor(Ⅳ),The area ratio from I to IV is:22%,25%,36%,17%.TheⅠ-Ⅱ area is characterized by steady rock-soil structure,higher bearing capacity of the foundation,therefore the geological environment conditions for underground space development are generally good;theⅢ-Ⅳ area is characterized by complicated rock-soil structure,poor bearing capacity of the foundation,therefore the geological environment conditions for underground space development are generally poor,and project construction underground is difficult,with higher cost.The evaluation results could offer guidance and reference to the overall planning of underground space utilization of Changsha city.
