尾矿综合利用助力绿色矿山建设

【摘要】 当前资源供给不足和环境约束已成为制约我国经济发展的两类重要因素,建设绿色矿山、走绿色矿业之路,是保障资源供给和实现矿业开发环境友好化的重要途径。资源综合利用,尤其是尾矿资源的综合利用,是实现绿色矿山建设的重要环节。尾矿综合利用以提高资源综合利用率、减少占用土地、保护环境为目标,通过尾矿再选、制作建材、制作肥料及土壤改良剂以及开发高附加值产品等方式,不仅仅可从源头防止环境污染,还能弥补自然资源的不足,产生良好的经济效益,获得可观的社会效益,是建设"两型"(资源节约型和环境友好型)社会的重要举措。

【Abstract】 The insufficient supplies of current resources and environmental constraints have become two important factors that restrict the economic development of our country.Building green mines and taking the road of green mining are important ways to guarantee the supply of resources and realize the environmental protection of the mining industry.Comprehensive utilization of resources,especially tailings,is a significant link in the construction of green mine.The comprehensive utilization of the tailings aims to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of the resources,reduce the occupied land and protect the environment by means of tailings re-dressing,building materials,fertilizers and soil amendments,as well as developing high value-added products.It can make up for the shortage of natural resources,produce good economic benefit and achieve considerable social benefit,and is an important measure to build the"two-type"(resource-saving and environment-friendly)society.
