完善标准,推进地质调查人才分类评价

【摘要】 近年来,国家密集出台了一系列政策文件,强调以分类评价为基础,加快形成科学化社会化人才评价机制,最大限度激发和释放各类人才活力,从而解决目前人才评价与发展中存在的问题。本文以国家人才战略部署为背景,结合部、局大力推进人才发展机制改革的思路和要求,指出实施人才强局战略迫切需要实施人才分类评价,这是地质调查人才工作面临的新机遇。继而从人才队伍体系、人才评价程序和评价标准、评价结果应用等方面阐述了实施地质调查人才分类评价具有良好的基础,并继续分析实施地质调查人才分类评价亟待解决的问题,据此提出解决思路与举措。

【Abstract】 In recent years,a series of policy documents have been issued by the state,emphasizing on the basis of classification evaluation,speeding up the formation of a scientific and socialized evaluation mechanism for talents,and maximizing and releasing all kinds of talent vitality so as to solve the problems existing in the current evaluation and development of talents.This paper,based on the national talent strategy deployment,combined with the ideas and requirements of the ministry and bureau to vigorously promote the reform of the talent development mechanism,points out that the implementation of the talent classification evaluation is an urgent need for the implementation of the strong bureau strategy,which is a new opportunity for the geological survey personnel work.The implementation of the geological survey personnel classification evaluation is a good basis on the talent team system,personnel evaluation procedures and evaluation standards,evaluation results application and other aspects.Then,this paper analyzes the problems of implementation of the geological survey personnel classification evaluation at present,and according to this,the solution ideas and measures are put forward at last.
