露天采石矿山无人机生产调度指挥体系的构建与实施

【摘要】 舟山绿色石化基地建设工期短,需要进行特大型多规格石高强度开采,为了解决石料供需平衡调度与开采生产管理两方面的问题,采用无人机航测技术建立了生产调度管理系统。基于航测速度快、效率高、三维可视化好的优势,首先从无人机技术特点及经济性方面分析了四种无人机选型方案,认为固定翼无人机正射影像航拍系统更为经济实用;其次按无人机航测的要求及生产需求,构建了无人机生产调度体系构架,并在舟山大型采石矿山现场进行了应用,所生成的三维矿山模型真实反映了工程现状,自带的面积及体积计算功能,解决了工程量结算的难题。实践表明,在工程进度与计量、采场布局与石料调配方面应用效果较好,极大地提高了施工效率和管理水平。

【Abstract】 The construction period of Zhoushan green petrochemical base is short,and it is necessary to carry out extra-large and multi-special stone high-strength mining.In order to solve stone supply and demand balance dispatching and mining production management,the production scheduling management system is established by using UAV aerial survey technology.Based on the advantages of fast aerial survey speed,high efficiency and good three-dimensional visualization,firstly,four schemes are analyzed from the aspects of UAV’s technical characteristics and economy.It is considered that the fixed-wing UAV orthophoto aerial photography system is more economical and practical,and then according to aerial survey requirements and production requirements,the construction of the UAV production scheduling system is constructed and applied in the Zhoushan large quarry mine.The generated 3 Dmine model truly reflects the current status of the project,its own area and volume.The calculation function solvess the problem of engineering quantity settlement.Practice has shown that the application effect is better in project schedule and measurement,stope layout and stone material distribution,which greatly improves construction efficiency and management level.
