内蒙古自治区准格尔煤田老三沟井田煤炭地下气化可行性分析

【摘要】 煤炭地下气化技术是集建井、开采、气化三大工艺为一体的前沿技术,对于提高煤炭资源利用率、降低开采成本等具有先天优势。内蒙古自治区准格尔煤田老三沟井田是国家煤制天然气项目配套煤炭资源开采区,通过对地质资源条件、技术成熟度、经济效益等方面的可行性分析,表明老三沟井田运用煤炭地下气化技术是可行的。依据可行性分析结论,提出老三沟井田开展煤炭地下气化示范实验项目初步设想方案,方案涉及实验区优选、工艺技术选择、产品方向及融资渠道分析等方面,为老三沟井田后期规模化煤炭地下气化开发生产提供了有益参考。

【Abstract】 Underground coal gasification is a frontier technology integrating well building,mining and gasification.It has inherent advantages to improve the utilization rate of coal resources and reduce mining costs.Laosangou coal field of Zhungeer coal field in Inner Mongolia is the national coal resources exploration area of coal methane gas.The results show that it is feasible to use underground coal gasification technology in Laosangou coal field through the feasibility analysis of geological resource conditions,technological maturity and economic benefits.According to the conclusion of feasibility analysis,the preliminary plan of underground coal gasification demonstration project in Laosangou coal field is proposed,which involves the optimization of experimental area,selection of technology,product direction and financing channel analysis.It provides a useful reference for large-scale underground coal gasification development and production in the later stage of Lansangou coal field.
