坚硬砂岩顶板条件下采空区瓦斯运移规律

【摘要】 以夏阔坦煤矿1007综放工作面为研究背景,运用FLUENT软件模拟分析砂岩顶板条件下采空区瓦斯运移规律。随着工作面的推进,上覆顶板岩石垮落在采空区内,在垮落过程中质量大的岩块相互撞击摩擦,一方面会在采空区内产生高温摩擦点并伴随有摩擦火花产生,另一方面对于采空区多孔介质的渗透率影响较大,大量的岩块垮落在一起,为采空区内瓦斯气体自由逸散和混合提供了有利条件。通过模拟分析研究,尽可能避免瓦斯燃爆事故的发生,且对煤矿安全生产提供可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 Taking the 1007 fully mechanized caving face in Xiakuotan coal mine as the research background,FLUENT software is used to simulate the gas migration law in goaf under sandstone roof condition.With the advancement of the working face,the overlying roof rock falls into the goaf,and the rock mass with high mass collides with each other during the slumping process.On the one hand,high temperature friction points are generated in the goaf with frictional sparks.On the other hand,it has a great influence on the permeability of the porous medium in the goaf,and a large number of rock blocks fall together,which provides favorable conditions for the free escape and mixing of gas in the goaf.Through simulation analysis and research,it is possible to avoid the occurrence of gas explosion accidents as much as possible,and provide a reliable basis for coal mine safety production.
