【摘要】 以2010年作为GDP和石油、煤炭、天然气、铁、铜、铝、铅、锌、镍、磷、石灰岩11种矿产资源的不变价基期,提出以2010年各单位矿产基准价作为11种矿产的不变价属性,同时将相关矿产换算成煤当量,研究出矿产资源产出率的评价函数,以期为《全国矿产资源规划(2016～2020年)》提出的"十三五"期间"主要矿产资源产出率"较"十二五"提高15%的考核目标提供参考评价办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors selected 2010 for the base year to study constant price of gross domestic product,oil,coal,gas,iron ore,copper ore,bauxite,lead ore,zinc ore,nickel ore,phosphate rock and limestone.The mineral resources price has changed because mineral resources property is specifically,but those value are constant from 2010 to 2015.We used coal equivalent to solve this problem because different mineral resources have different price.We have also developed one reasonable evaluation method and one evaluation function to provide base references for the evaluation of mineral resources productivity at mineral resources planning from 2016 to 2020.更多还原
