地震灾区尾矿库危害等级划分方法

【摘要】 "5.12"汶川地震震区尾矿库受地震影响较大,遭到不同程度的破坏。本文首先对震后灾区尾矿库的失稳情况尤其是江油雁门硫铁矿进行分析,然后对现行尾矿库安全度划分方法研究,详细分析了《尾矿库安全技术规程》(AQ2005-2005),最后根据尾矿坝坝体稳定性、防洪能力、抗震能力及其它影响尾矿库安全运行的因素综合确定,分为四个等级,即A等库、B等库、C等库、D等库。指出地震影响下尾矿库安全管理的重点对象,为尾矿库的安全评价提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The tailing reservoir has been destroyed for various degrees because of the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake.First in this paper,the instability situation of the tailing reservoir in the earthquake area,especially the Yanmen pyrite,has been analyzed.The safety degree classification method has been researched.The safety regulation of tailing reservoir(AQ2005-2005) has been analyzed in detail.In the last,according to the dam stability,the flood control capacity,the seismic capacity and other affecting factors,the tailing reservoir has been classified for the A,B,C,D.The key safety management object of the tailing reservoir has been indicated,which provides the theoretical basis for the safety evaluation of the Tailing Reservoir.
