无线多通道声发射监测系统优化与应用

【摘要】 针对三道庄露天矿无线多通道声发射监测系统的供电和信号接收等方面存在的不足,进行监测供电系统和信号转发方式优化研究。根据监测系统供电需求、矿区位置、天气等因素,计算确定太阳能电池板合理功率;通过两阶段供电系统的研制、优化与现场试验,证明了供电与监测集成系统能够稳定运行,说明蓄电池电容和电池板功率是匹配的,供电系统方案设计是合理的;该系统的研制与应用,有效地减少监测人员劳动量,降低人员及车辆在空区上方作业频率,提高生产作业安全性,社会效益和潜在经济效益明显。信号转发方式的优化,解决了远距离或异常区信号无法接收的难题,提高了地压监测的实时、准确和全面性。

【Abstract】 Considering the power supply and information receiving defects of the wireless multicenter acoustic emission monitoring system in Sandaozhuang open-pit mine,carriers out the optimizing study on monitoring power supply system and information transferring mode.According to the power supply requirement,mining site and weather factors,calculates the reasonable power of the solar panel;through the power supply system’s two-stage research,optimization and scene experiments,proves that the integrated system of power supply and acoustic emission monitor operates stably,storage battery capacitance is matched with solar panel power,the power supply tentative design is reasonable;the integrated system’s study,manufacture and application reduce monitors’labor input effectually,decrease work frequency of the staff and trucks,improve the production security,increase social benefit and potential economic benefit obviously.The information transferring mode’s optimization resolves the difficulty that the monitoring center does not receive the long-distance or exceptional area monitoring information,increases the ground pressure monitoring’s real-time,precision,allsidedness.
