磁控散体抛光装置柔度调节机理研究

【摘要】 为提高模具自由曲面的抛光效率,提出了一种磁控散体抛光装置,通过调节磁场强度,改变装置内铁磁散体间的磁吸力,从而实现抛光装置的柔度调节。基于莫尔-库伦破坏准则、磁偶极子、弹性力学等理论,推导出铁磁散体的非磁致抗剪能力和磁致抗剪能力的关系式,建立了铁磁散体在磁场作用下的抗剪能力模型(理想状态),并采用实验手段进行了理论模型的修正。研究表明,在磁场作用下,铁磁散体的抗剪能力由非磁致抗剪能力和磁致抗剪能力两部分组成,其中磁致抗剪能力与磁场强度、铁磁材料的体积等因素相关。

【Abstract】 A new flexible free-form surface polishing device was proposed to improve polishing efficiency of mold free surface by changing magnetic field intensity to change the magnetic force between ferromagnetic granular in device,which can achieve the adjustable flexibility in real-time.The relationship between nonmagnetic induced shear capacity and the magnetic induced shear capacity of magnetron granular was established based on Mohr-Coulomb’s failure criterion,magnetic dipole and elasticity theory.And the shear capacity model of ferromagnetic granular in an ideal state was also established.Through the analysis of experimental data,combined with shear capacity model,the shear force model of ferromagnetic granular can be obtained in the role of the magnetic field.The results show that in magnetic field,the shear capacity of ferromagnetic granular includes nonmagnetic induced shear capacity,anti-shearing force,magnetic induced shear capacity,and its anti-shearing force.The magnetic shear capacity and anti-shearing force is related to magnetic field and the volume of ferromagnetic materials.
