旋转钻柱与井壁的碰撞摩擦边界问题研究
Research on the Dynamic Boundary Condition between Revolving Drill String and Borehole Wall
【摘要】 旋转钻柱与井壁的碰撞摩擦边界是钻柱动力学研究和摩阻扭矩计算的基础研究内容。介绍了6种钻柱与井壁边界问题的研究方法,借助有限单元法中构造形函数的思想,提出了时间历程形函数法,构造钻柱与井壁的动态边界。将构造的动态边界模型融入全井钻柱系统动力有限元模型中,研究了钻柱的动力学特性,根据仿真结果与现场实测数据的对比,验证了该研究方法的正确性和合理性。
【Abstract】 The dynamic boundary condition between revolving drill string and borehole wall is one of the fundamental research contents of drilling string dynamics and torque and drag calculation.Because of its difficulty,there is not enough research accumulation can be used for reference.This paper reviewed the existing related research fruits,and developed a new method named "time history shape function method" to study this dynamic boundary condition.This new boundary model was introduced into the drilling string system dynamics model,and developed the research job of the drilling string systematic dynamics characteristics and torque and drag calculation.The comparation between simulation results and field data shows that,this new research method is quite accurate and reasonable.
