【摘要】 目的实现基于预防接种单位客户端软件的预防接种报表直报。方法升级改造预防接种单位客户端软件,搭建测试平台,开发平台管理工具,选择地震灾区儿童预防接种信息化项目县预防接种单位进行现场测试。通过预防接种单位客户端软件上传国家免疫规划(National Immunization Programme,NIP)疫苗常规接种情况,第二类疫苗接种情况,预防接种单位运转情况,五种NIP疫苗(乙型肝炎疫苗、卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗、百日咳-白喉-破伤风联合疫苗、麻疹减毒活疫苗)接种情况报表,并在测试平台实时统计分析。结果通过平台管理工具可以在测试平台分析统计不同地区报告完整性,儿童预防接种个案录入情况,儿童预防接种记录录入及时性与完整性,NIP疫苗常规接种情况报表,第二类疫苗接种情况报表和五种NIP疫苗接种情况统计等结果。结论基于预防接种单位客户端报表直报可以动态监测预防接种单位的运转情况,及时掌握辖区预防接种信息,实现对辖区预防接种的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize directly report of immunization information,which based on client software in the vaccination site.Methods Upgrading client software,building test platform,development platform management tools,conduct field test in the project counties of earthquake information.Upload national immunization general report,categoryⅡ vaccination report,functioning report of vaccination units,basically full immunization report of five vaccines through client software in the place of vaccination.Meanwhile,conducting Real-time statistical analysis on the test platform.Results Through platform management tools,integrity analysis report of different areas,child immunization case report,timeliness and integrity of case report,national immunization general report,categoryⅡ vaccination report,basically full immunization report of five vaccines on the test platform could be got.Conclusion Based on the client software used in the place of vaccination,functioning of vaccination units,timely grasp immunization information could be monitored,and management of immunization could be realized.更多还原
