【摘要】 近年来,一系列突发公共事件频繁发生,给国家和人民群众带来了巨大的生命和财产损失,同时也对公众心理造成了严重的负面影响。特别是"5.12汶川地震"后,突发公共事件导致的公众心理危机问题得到社会各界的广泛关注和高度重视。心理问题衍生的不安因素严重影响社会稳定和经济发展,这使心理危机干预工作提升到了前所未有的高度。本文概述国内外突发公共事件心理危机干预人力资源现状,分析国内该领域存在的不足,为今后规范、系统地加强突发公共事件心理危机干预队伍建设提供科学依据和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,series of public emergencies have broken out frequently,bringing enormous loss of life and property to our country and people,as well as serious negative psychological impacts on public,especially after the "5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake",the psychological crisis problems of people caused by public emergencies have got widespread attention and high recognition from all aspects of society.Uncertainties deriving from psychological problems seriously affect the social stability and economic development,which puts crisis psychological intervention jobs to an unprecedented height.This article summarizes the manpower resource state in crisis psychological intervention of public emergencies field both at home and abroad and then analyses the defects in China in order to provide scientific proofs and suggestions for strengthening the construction of crisis psychological intervention staff of public emergencies normatively and systematically.更多还原
