高速公路绿色加筋格宾挡墙数值分析及现场试验

【摘要】 依托浙江绍兴至诸暨高速公路第7标段绿色加筋格宾挡墙建设,对K38+398处加筋挡墙断面进行数值分析及试验,研究筋材拉应变、挡墙侧向变形的分布规律及潜在滑裂面。结果表明:挡墙中各层加筋体水平变形量随着填土的增高而增大;筋材的拉应变随着填土的增高而增加,其数值在距墙面越近时越大,越远越小;加筋挡墙潜在滑裂面与0.3H法(单楔体法)滑裂面位置基本一致;加筋边坡的安全系数随着外荷载的增加逐渐减小;交通荷载在30kPa以内时,滑裂面未上下贯通,此类挡墙安全可靠;研究成果可为绿色加筋格宾挡墙的设计及施工提供参考。

【Abstract】 Based on reinforced earth retaining wall with green gabion located at the site of K38+398on the seventh project of Shaoxing-Zhuji Expressway in Zhejiang Province,the distribution of reinforcement tensile strain and lateral deformation of retaining wall,and the potential slip surface were investigated by site test and numerical analysis.The results show that with the increment of backfill soil,the horizontal deformation and tensile strain of each reinforcement layer are increased.The closer of distance from wall surface is,the greater of reinforcement tensile strain is,while the farther of distance from wall surface is,the smaller of reinforcement tensile strain is.The potential slip surface location of reinforced retaining wall is basically consistent with that in 0.3H method(single wedge method).The assurance factor of reinforced wall decreases with the increase of external loads.The potential slip surface doesn’t extend to the top of the wall when the traffic loads are below 30 kPa.This retaining wall is safe and reliable.The research results can provide references for design and construction of green gabion reinforced earth retaining wall.
