CFRP索的风致瞬态动力响应数值模拟与试验

【摘要】 为了对CFRP索在强风作用下的瞬态动力响应进行研究,以50m长CFRP索及其所在风场为耦合模型,采用流固耦合数值方法,分析了多种工况下CFRP索与钢索的风致瞬态响应和风场参数;通过两者响应结果的对比分析获得了CFRP拉索不同于钢索的风致响应特征,并基于现场实桥测试对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明:在强风作用下,CFRP索与钢索的瞬态响应均较为强烈,跨中节点位移和最大应力均较大;钢索的节点位移时程曲线和应力时程曲线均呈现较显著的非线性,而CFRP索的响应曲线接近线性;斜拉索的倾角对周围流场有重要影响,且同等条件下CFRP索与钢索周围流场不一致,说明风与索之间具有不可忽视的耦合作用。

【Abstract】 The transient dynamic responses of CFRP cable under strong wind were studied by a numerical method based on fluid-structure interaction theory.A 50-meter long CFRP cable and its wind field were taken as the coupled model,and the wind-induced transient responses of CFRP cable and steel cable,and parameters of the wind field were calculated for several cases.The different characteristics of wind-reduced transient responses of CFRP cable were obtained through comparison with the results of steel cable.The numerical results were testified based on the field tests.The results show that the transient responses of CFRP cable and steel cable are rather intense under strong wind,and the maximum displacements and stresses in the middle of the cables are both large.The curves of maximum displacements and stresses for steel cable are obviously nonlinear while the corresponding curves of CFRP cable are nearly linear.The wind field is influenced obviously by the tilt angle of cable.There is difference between the wind fields of CFRP cable and steel cable under the same conditions,which indicates there is non-neglectable effect of fluid-structure interaction.
