【Abstract】 The main body and method of land resource development and utilization are different, which makes the land resource strategy restricted and its individual politics more prominent. From the perspective of the relationship between people and resources, the fundamental significance of land resource security should be understood from the four dimensions of quantity, quality, structure and equilibrium. The strategic objectives of land resource security include four dimensions: precise perception, smart use, fine remediation and intelligent control. The construction of land resource security strategy needs to comprehend the mechanism of management and control from three dimensions of technology, engineering and management, and understand the land resource security pattern based on the laws of land natural system and human activity development.更多还原
