【摘要】 从1979年到1991年,在"和平统一,一国两制"基本方针的指引下,中国红十字会通过红十字国际委员会的帮助,积极谋求与台湾红十字组织合作,协助中央政府处理海峡两岸间查人转信、探亲访友、家人团聚、处理海难事件、见证遣返等人道事务。两岸红十字会也由此从冷漠对抗,实现了间接合作和直接双向交流,并搭建办理两岸其他事务的通道,在一定程度上促进了中央政府与台湾方面建立互信和合作,为两岸关系融冰、缓和与和平发展作出应有贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1979 to 1991,under the guidance "Peaceful Unification,and One Country Two Systems ",Chinese Red Cross,through the assistance of the International Committee of the Red Cross,actively sought the cooperation with Taiwan Red Cross organization,undertook the cross-strait checking people and converting mails,visiting relatives and friends,family reunion,processing shipwreck,witnessing repatriation and other humanitarian affairs. On both sides of the Red Cross,from the cold confrontation,realized the indirect and direct two-way communication and cooperation,built cross-strait affairs for other channels,which promoted the mutual trust and cooperation for cross-strait relations,and made contributions to ice melting,relaxation and peaceful development of the cross-strait relations.更多还原
