水库诱发地震及其水文地质条件和诱震机理

【摘要】 本文分析对比水库诱发地震的水文地质条件 ,库区水文地质条件是控制地震序列的主导因素 ,两类水库诱发地震发震机制不同 ,“快速响应型”诱震机制为水库荷载作用 ,“滞后发生型”为孔隙压扩散作用。水库诱发地震预报的关键是查明库区水文地质条件。

【Abstract】 The temporal distribution of induced earthquake following the filling of large reservoirs shows two types of response, rapid response and delay response.Based on analysis on the hydrogeologic condition of the seismicitic region,it is proposed that hydrogeological condition is the dominant factor that controls reservoir induced condition response with time.The rapid response is dominated by undrained or drained effect.The delay response is dominated by the diffusion of pressure from the reservoir to hypocentral depths.It is pointed out that the investigation of hydrogeological condition is the crucial problem in predicting reservoir induced earthquake.
