【摘要】 为研究煤粉燃烧过程中NO_x的排放特性,在一维煤粉燃烧实验台上,对单煤及其混煤进行NO_x析出特性的燃烧试验研究,具体分析煤质特性、燃烧工况对NO_x排放特性的影响,在试验的基础上,对NO_x的排放规律进行理论探讨。试验结果表明:煤中的挥发分含量、含氮量、煤粉细度和过量空气系数对NO_x的排放浓度有较大的影响;煤中挥发分、含氮量含量高,NO_x排放浓度也高;在富燃情况下,煤粉越细,NO_x排放浓度就越小。对优化燃烧、控制NO_x排放有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of NOx releasing for different pulverized coal in one dimensional furnace were studied.The effect of operating parameters,coal property on the characteristics of the NOx releasing was also discussed.On the basis of experimental research,the influence of these factors on the concentration of NOx was analyzed theoretically.Results on the basis of experimental research showed:the volatile and nitrogen content of coal,pulverized coal fitness,combustion temperature and extra air coefficient have a clear effect on NOx releasing concentration;The concentration of NOx has higher level with more volatile or nitrogen contained in the coal;Fine pulverized coal can also bring the concentration of NOx down based fuel-rich.It is useful for optimizing combustion and controlling NOx emission.
