【摘要】 目的观察地震灾害中挤压综合征患者的临床生化指标的变化特征。方法以86例挤压综合征患者为实验组,以100例门诊体检者为对照组,在ROCHE MODULAR DDP+ISE自动生化分析仪上检测肝功、肾功、酶学、电解质15项临床常规生化指标。结果挤压综合征患者在肝功、肾功、酶学、电解质等几项生化指标中均与健康体检者有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论挤压综合征患者可表现出临床常规生化指标上的显著差异,对这些指标的监测,可以帮助临床诊疗和预后判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the characteristics of clinical biochemistry indexes in crush syndrome in earthquake.Methods We selected 86 cases of crush syndrome as test group and 100 outpatient medical examination persons as control group.We analyzed 15 clinical routine biochemistry indexes by using the ROCHE MODULAR DDP+ISE automatic instrument.Results There were significant differences in clinical biochemistry indexes in crush syndrome compared with healthy persons(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in clinical biochemistry indexes in crush syndrome.These indexes are helpful for its clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.更多还原
