微压力弹簧性能自动测试装置的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对地震检波器中弹簧片劲度系数的非线性问题,设计了一种微压力弹簧性能自动测试装置。装置中的步进电机驱动直线导轨上的滑块做上下往复运动,滑块推动圆形转盘旋转完成批量待测弹簧性能的实时自动测试;导轨滑块连接的压盘压缩弹簧至预设位置并检测当前弹力值,从而精确测量出弹簧在弹性范围内任意位置所受到的弹力值及劲度系数,实现对称弹簧组的后期匹配使用。测试装置采用双闭环控制,提高了地震检波器的测量精度。试验结果表明,装置测量的位移误差和压力误差都达到了较高的精度要求。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the nonlinear problem of the stiffness coefficient of springs in seismic geophone,the automatic performance tester for micro-pressure springs is designed.In this tester,the slider on linear guide rail is driven by the stepping motor and moves reciprocally and vertically;the slider pushes the circular turntable to rotate and complete real time automatic performance test for batch springs to be tested.The spring is compressed to the preset position by the pressure plate connected to the slider,and the current elasticity value is detected,thus the elasticity values and stiffness coefficients in any position within the elastic range of the spring can be measured precisely to implement matching of the symmetrical spring-set later.Double closed loop control is adopted in the tester for improving measurement accuracy of the geophone.The experimental results show that both the displacement error and the pressure error satisfy the accuracy requirment.
