【Abstract】 As an important part of mining right management, mining right registration is an indispensable approach to acquire the right of exploration or exploitation of mineral resources. This paper reviews the foreign mining right registration system, emphasizes on the analysis and summary of the relevant systems of mining right registration in the United States, Australia, Brazil and Japan. Some beneficial experiences worthy of learning from foreign mining right registration system are as follows: Perfect laws and regulations of mining right registration; Simplification of registration institutions and unification of registration information; Disclosure of management information on registration of mining right and efficient information publicity system.更多还原
