试谈地勘单位转型发展——以河南省有色金属地矿局为例

【摘要】 文章指出了地勘单位转型升级的时代背景、地勘单位的现状与时代使命,提出地勘单位必须由单一的地勘服务向"大地质"综合服务、由传统的勘查技术向对环境扰动更少效率更高的智能地质转型升级;以河南省有色金属地矿局为例,列举了其积极投身三大攻坚战、强化地质工作服务功能、推进地矿科技创新等转型升级取得的成绩;分析了地勘单位转型升级存在的机遇和挑战;明确了重视清洁能源勘查、服务生态文明和民生领域建设等转型升级的目标和方向,结合单位实际,阐述了既要当好金山银山的勘探者、又要当好绿水青山的守护者等地勘单位转型升级的具体举措。

【Abstract】 The article points out the background of the transformation and upgrading of geological exploration units, the status quo of the geological exploration units and the mission of the times. It is proposed that the geological exploration units must be from a single geological survey service to the "big geological" comprehensive service, from the traditional exploration technology to the environment. Disturbing less efficient and efficient intelligent geological transformation and upgrading; taking the Henan Nonferrous Metals and Minerals Bureau as an example, it listed its achievements in actively participating in three major battles, strengthening geological service functions, and promoting geotechnical innovation and other transformation and upgrading; The opportunities and challenges of the transformation and upgrading of geological exploration units were analyzed. The goals and directions of transformation and upgrading such as clean energy exploration, service ecological civilization and people’s livelihood construction were clearly defined. Combined with the actual situation of the units, this paper expounds the concrete measures for transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting units, such as the prospector of "Jinshan Yinshan Mountain" and the guardian of green water and green hills..
