【摘要】 从一些省份已经实施或者即将实施的国有地勘单位改革方案来看,部分国有地勘单位未来将朝着整体或者部分企业化改革方向来推进。但目前这些国有地勘单位存在的内外部问题滞缓了改革进程,为使企业化改革顺利推进,建议:(1)加强统筹规划,指导改革方向;(2)出台配套政策,保障改革成效;(3)加强资源整合,夯实改革基础;(4)完善治理机制,规范改革运行;(5)拓展业务领域,增添改革后劲;(6)实施科技创新,增强改革动力;(7)优化用人机制,凝聚改革力量;(8)创新资本市场,打造改革平台;(9)培育企业文化,激发改革精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the reform plans of state-owned geo-prospecting units that have been implemented or are about to be implemented in some provinces, the development of some state-owned geo-prospecting units will in the direction of overall or partial enterprise reform.However, the internal and external problems of these state-owned geo-prospecting units have slowed down the reform process. In order to make the enterprise reform progress smoothly, it is recommended that:(1) strengthen overall planning and guide the reform direction;(2)launch supporting policies to ensure the reform effectiveness;(3) strengthen resource integration and consolidate the reform foundation;(4) improve governance mechanisms and standardize reform operations;(5) expand business areas and increase the reform sustainability;(6) imply technological innovation and enhance reform motivation;(7) optimize employment mechanism and pool the reform strength;(8)innovate the capital market and create a reform platform;(9) cultivate the corporate culture and stimulate the reform spirit.更多还原
