【摘要】 砂石料是经济建设必不可少的基础性材料。湖北省近年来对砂石矿山进行整顿整合,在淘汰落后产能的同时,新增产能补充不及时,对砂石资源保障能力造成了很大影响。造成湖北省砂石料供需矛盾突出的原因主要有:市场信息匮乏、新的产能未完全释放、矿山企业做大做强殊为不易、非法采矿冲击市场等。促进湖北省砂石料供需平衡的对策建议:加强行业信息管理;促进产能正常发挥;鼓励有条件的矿山企业做大做强;科学进行矿山选址;鼓励利用固废生产砂石料;严厉打击非法采矿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sand-gravel material is an essential material for economic construction. In recent years, Hubei province has reorganized and consolidated sand and gravel mines, while eliminating backward production capacity, the new capacity is not supplied in time, which has greatly affected the ability of sand-gravel resources. The main reasons for the contradiction between supply and demand of sand-gravel materials in Hubei Province are: lacking market information, new capacity is not fully released, the difficult for mining enterprises to be bigger and stronger, illegal mining impacts the market, etc. Suggestions for promoting the balance of supply and demand of sand-gravel materials in Hubei Province are: strengthening industry information management; promoting normal production capacity; encouraging qualified mining enterprises to become bigger and stronger; scientifically selecting mine sites; encouraging the use of solid waste to produce sand-gravel materials and severely combating illegal mining.更多还原
