【摘要】 随着十九大乡村振兴战略的提出,农地金融制度的研究日益成为我国农业经济领域的重点和热点。农地金融作为深化农村金融改革的突破口,梳理其发展脉络具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章在辨析土地金融与农地金融概念的基础上,对国外和国内的农地金融研究现状进行梳理总结,进而归纳整理出当前研究进展以及所存在的问题。研究启示:农地金融制度要科学,配套体系要完整;农地金融发展中期要及时破除面临的障碍;农地金融发展的后期要注重金融风险的防控。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rural revitalization strategy introduced by the 19th National Congress, the research on financial system for rural land has become an increasingly hot issue for China’s agricultural economy domain. As a breakthrough in deepening rural financial reform, the development of rural land financial system must be analyzed. This will have great theoretical and practical implications for its development at the present. On the basis of discriminating the concept of land finance and rural land finance, this paper has summarized the current situation of foreign and domestic agricultural finance research, and then concluded the current research development, as well as some problems that we face in promoting financial system for rural land. Some research implications are also presented: financial system for rural land must be made in a science way; complete supporting system must be developed; in the medium term of the development of financial system for rural land, we must overcome the obstacles we face in time; in this late stage,attention should be paid to the prevention and control of financial risks.更多还原
