【Abstract】 In the reform process, geological exploration organization should not only actively adjust to the reform of national system,but also strengthen the reform and innovation of management mechanism itself. Especially, it is necessary to strengthen financial management, give full play to the core role of financial management, and escort for deepening reform of geological exploration organization.
